The board would like to WELCOME everyone to the 2025 Annual Meeting and we look forward to seeing everyone at the meeting and picnic!

The 2025 Annual Meeting will be held at 9:00am on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at the Wise Baptist Church 1840 US-1 Wise, NC 27563 (across from Pay Jay's). The board utilizes our website to post a schedule of informative documents and allow time for you to form questions as well as be informed prior to voting.

There are four (4) ways to vote. You may only vote one of four ways:

1. Attend the annual meeting in person. A paper ballot will be provided at the meeting.

2. Vote electronically. Everyone will receive a voting ballot via email from Election Runner on May 8th. Electronic voting will end on June 3rd at 5:00pm. Make sure you have a current email on file with the secretary. This is the best way to vote if you can't attend the meeting on June 7th.

3. Proxy vote. Email the secretary to request a proxy. You will need to print it, sign, date, and mail it back to Merrymount; ATTN: Voting Committee 134 Hawtree Way Boydton, VA 23917. It must be received by May 30th at 5:00pm for it to be a valid proxy.

4. Mail in a paper ballot to: ATTN: Voting Committee 134 Hawtree Way Boydton, VA 23917. It must be received by May 30th at 5:00pm for it to be a valid ballot. Email the secretary to request a paper ballot.

PICNIC

The picnic will be held at Merrymount's pavilion on June 7 at 1:00pm. Merrymount will provide a main dish, sides, and water. Please bring a dessert to share. Folks can bring their own beverages. Please RSVP via email to the secretary at merrymount2012@gmail.com by May 20th at 5:00pm so we can order ahead.
